So, how does this work?

GW has built a network of more than 2000 warehouses across India to connect companies that need warehousing space and services to companies who can provide these services.

Type of Service?

Short term service :( Duration 1-3 Months) ideal for extra space requirement during peak season or short term storage requirements. You can choose from the list of service provider and raise the request for service. No deposit required in this case.

3PL service:(Duration > 3 Months) You, need to start new distribution and storage project in new city or you want to outsource your logistics, just post your requirement and we will get you quotes from exhaustive list of 3PL providers listed with us and handhold you to get the things going.

Are there minimum requirements to utilize a GW facility?

No, minimum commitment. Please note that not all GW warehouse partners are willing to accept projects of small size and we cannot guarantee acceptance or a project across our network of warehouses.

What does the handling fee include?

The handling fee covers the warehouse’s handling of full pallets when they arrive and leave a facility – this includes moving pallets in to and out of shipper providing transportation. The pallet handling fee is paid upfront on a per pallet basis. This fee does not include cargo de-vanning, palletization, or other more complex handling requirements.

How can I be sure my goods will be safe inside GW partner warehouses?

All of our warehouse partners are screened to ensure that their facilities and teams meet our quality standards before their warehouse space is made available to our clients in the GW marketplace.

How do you handle liability for the goods that are stored through the GW marketplace?

The owners of the goods stored maintain coverage for any damage that is caused due to Acts of God/Acts of Nature. The client can also get insurance for their goods through GW insurance partners.

How would a claim be handled if the facility were to damage one or several of my pallets?

If one of your pallets is damaged, please contact GW contact. The operations team will initiate the process to investigate any claims that may arise regarding damage to goods and provide fact report for insurance claim.

How is inventory tracked? What happens if there is a discrepancy in the inventory count between the goods owner and the warehouse?

WMS system available with partners will be used to track inventory.

Are the prices listed on this page accurate?

We do our best to ensure that pricing is as up to date and accurate as possible; however, the pricing listed is subject to change based on current warehouse capacity, demand, etc.

Can I have access to my pallets at the warehouse?

Access for inventory audit is allowed and must be scheduled in advance as per the agreement. Contact the GW team to schedule the same.

Do you provide transportation services to or from your warehouse locations?

Transportation of goods to and from GW warehouse partner locations is typically arranged by the owner/client of the goods. However in most of the cases same can be facilitated by GW.

Do you Provide Value Added services?

It depends on the service provider and his service offering which can be found in detail section of the property.
